Affectionately known as 'Ken's Testicle', after our previous Mayor, London's City Hall is where the business of running the metropilis is done (or not). I waited for ages for a moment when tourists were not peering over the rail. I actually prefer this one with the people in shot. It was only later that I spotted the guy hanging off the top of the building.
